The Israel-Gulf Chamber of Commerce & Innovation ("IL-GCC", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what personal data we collect through il-gcc.org, why we collect it, where it's stored, and how you can control it.

What we collect

We only collect data you actively submit through one of these forms:

• Contact form: full name, email address, and your message.
• Membership interview request:first and last name, email, phone number, company name, the membership tier you're interested in, and an optional message.
• Event registration:full name, email, phone number, company name, and which event you're registering for.

We don't collect payment information, government ID numbers, or sensitive personal data.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your inquiry, evaluate your membership interview request, or process your event registration. We don't use form submissions for marketing, and we don't sell or rent your data to anyone.

Where it's stored, and who else sees it

Submissions are stored in Sanity, the content platform behind this website, and are visible only to IL-GCC staff with access to our admin dashboard. Two other services are involved in handling your submission:

• Resend— delivers an email notification of your submission to our team's inbox.
• Google Workspace — hosts that inbox (support@il-gcc.org).

None of these services use your data for their own purposes — they process it only to deliver it to us.

Cookies

This site sets exactly one cookie: NEXT_LOCALE, which remembers whether you last viewed the site in English, Hebrew, or Arabic. It contains no personal or tracking information. We don't use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies of any kind.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions for as long as needed to respond to you and for our internal records. You can ask us to delete your data at any time — see "Your rights" below.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see what data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email support@il-gcc.organd we'll handle it directly — no automated process, a person will action your request.

Security

We use reputable, industry-standard providers (Sanity, Resend, Google, Vercel) to store and process data, each with their own security practices. No online system is 100% secure, but we don't store anything beyond what's listed above, and we don't collect more than we need.

Changes to this policy

If how we handle data changes, we'll update this page and change the "Last updated" date above.
